通过分析我国智能交通系统建设现状和存在问题,结合目前道路交通管理信息采集与服务需求,设计了基于物联网技术的道路交通信息采集与服务框架,以公安交通指挥平台为核心,集成各类交通信息采集与服务系统,实现交通路况信息全天候采集和智能分析、交通信息服务和出行诱导,以及区域交通流协调组织等功能。基于该框架体系,分别从交通流信息采集、交通信息发布与诱导服务、交通信号协调控制、公交优先等方面,对比分析了基于ITS技术的传统应用与基于物联网技术的新型应用的优缺点。结论:物联网技术应用将有利于突破现有ITS应用模式的弊端,提高交通信息采集精度,提升公众出行服务水平。  相似文献

Many large retailers decided to adopt RFID as their new supply chain technology, but RFID adoption by all industries did not spread as rapidly as initially expected. We believe that its benefits constituted the major barrier to its adoption, and argued that a major contributor to the delay has been its inappropriate implementation. Our study reports the result of six in-depth case studies, which, together with case content analysis of 88 reported RFID applications, provided us with a clear view of the RFID implementation landscape, suggesting that organizations often mindlessly adopted RFID applications that were misaligned with their supply chain strategies, leading to unsatisfactory benefits. Insights into how organizations should adopt RFID were developed from our results and were discussed.  相似文献

The material flow is a major focus point in improving productivity in today’s product diversified manufacturing organizations. Nevertheless, there is still a lack of efficient methods to control material flow through manufacturing processes in cases where multi-item tracking is difficult to achieve. This paper presents an RFID-based RTLS (Real-Time Location System) solution for obtaining multi-item work-in-process visibility within a manufacturer. It delivers detailed performance metrics through RTLS data analysis in order to evaluate workflow performance and to obtain a lean process. We pre-filter the RTLS data through the development of a middleware data collection method to acquire near real-time performance evaluation. A case study illustrates the complete process including measurements before and after a workflow redesign. The increased level of detail from RFID measurements yields new insights into shop floor actions and the real effects of redesign efforts.  相似文献

Abstract

Radio frequency identification (RFID) applications are becoming more and more important in logistics, especially for the purpose of tracking and managing items. Real time tracking of medical instruments during a surgical operation belongs to the state-of-the-art applications of this technology. The metallic environment in the operating room represents a big challenge, hampering the readability of the RFID tag. Currently, transponders are joined to metal instruments by bonding or clamping them inside a polymer shell, containing as little metal as possible. Assembling the tags is a time consuming process, which changes the usual shape of the instrument. It also represents a point of failure because of the possibility of losing the tag during the instrument’s life cycle. Selective laser melting (SLM) offers a way to integrate the entire RFID tag in a metallic instrument while keeping the original shape. Instrument manufacturing by SLM allows small wall thicknesses and a reduced temperature impact on the RFID tag during the building process. The production of trial components from IN718 nickel alloy is reported.  相似文献

High frequency RFID sensors are attractive in diverse applications where sensor performance is required at a low cost and dimension restriction. An approach adapting commercial passive 13.56 MHz RFID tags has been developed for sensing corrosion stage. This investigation includes balance of sensing and positioning of RFID sensors for corrosion detection by analysing real and imaginary parts of the complex impedance. With passive HF RFID sensors, real part and imaginary part of complex impedance have been extracted from the reader coil with VNA (vector network analyser) and delivering a unique capability for corrosion sensing with different atmospheric exposure time steel samples (1 month, 6 months, 10 months and 12 months). With different positioning (5–25 mm), features extraction based on the complex impedance with PCA (principal component analysis) has been designed for position-independent corrosion evaluation.  相似文献

Multi-tag collision imposes a vital detrimental effect on reading performance of an RFID system. In order to ameliorate such collision problem and to improve the reading performance, this paper proposes an efficient tag identification algorithm termed as the Enhanced Adaptive Tree Slotted Aloha (EATSA). The key novelty of EATSA is to identify the tags using grouping strategy. Specifically, the whole tag set is divided into groups by a frame of size F. In cases multiple tags fall into a group, the tags of the group are recognized by the improved binary splitting (IBS) method whereas the rest tags are waiting in the pipeline. In addition, an early observation mechanism is introduced to update the frame size to an optimum value fitting the number of tags. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the system throughput of our proposed algorithm can reach as much as 0.46, outperforming the prior Aloha-based protocols.  相似文献
